Welcome to Omni Video (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Omni Video provides access to AI-powered generation features that turn text prompts and uploaded references into machine-generated outputs. We continuously refine and expand these capabilities to deliver better results over time.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at support@omnivideo.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• (a) infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
• (b) generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent
• (c) generate content that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise harms minors
• (d) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• (e) attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with the Service's security, rate limits, or moderation systems
• (f) resell, sublicense, scrape, or otherwise commercialize the raw output channels in a manner not contemplated by these Terms

3.1 No Adult or Sexually Explicit Content

The Service is intended for general audiences. You agree not to generate, upload, request, or share content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise classified as not-safe-for-work (NSFW). Accounts that produce or attempt to produce such content may be suspended or terminated without refund.

4. User Content & Generated Output

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference materials you submit. By submitting them, you grant Omni Video a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit those inputs solely to operate the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, with the caveat that AI-generated output may not always be eligible for copyright protection.

5. Credits, Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features consume credits or require an active subscription. Pricing and credit consumption are shown at the point of purchase. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled from your account page. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment, analytics, and AI inference. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of those third parties. Your use of any third-party integration is subject to that provider's own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Video and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page or by an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
