We want you to be confident in your purchase from Omni Video. If something goes wrong with the Service itself — for example, a generation failed but credits were debited and not auto-refunded — we will always make it right at no cost to you. The rules below cover discretionary refunds for change-of-mind or partial-use scenarios.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request is eligible only when both conditions for the relevant plan are met. Either dimension exceeded means the request will be declined.

Monthly subscription Within 3 days Up to 5 credits
Annual subscription Within 5 days Up to 10 credits
One-time credit pack Within 1 days Up to 1 credits

A value of "no limit" means that dimension is not used to disqualify the request.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • (a) requests submitted outside the time window above
  • (b) accounts whose credit consumption exceeds the cap above
  • (c) accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including any prohibited content or abuse of the Service
  • (d) chargebacks initiated without first contacting us

How to Request a Refund

Email support@omnivideo.net from the address associated with your account, including (1) the order or transaction reference, (2) the plan you purchased, and (3) a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via our payment provider; the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on that provider.
